LOKI DEVELOPMENT

Sometimes a meaningful connection is romantic, other times it is just platonic and a great opportunity for an Arrested Development reference.

FAN-TAZ-STIC

“FAN-TAZ-STIC” is a “The Adventure Zone” (TAZ) reaction comic series I started while listening to the “Amnesty” campaign and plan on continuing through future campaigns.

23RD BIRTHDAY HOURLY COMIC

Celebrations in 2020 look a lot different than any of the previous years. This is a cute little comic about my 23rd birthday in the middle of a global pandemic.

LITTLE MOMENTS

THOUGHTS OF A DREAMWORKS INTERN

This is a short thank you one sheet fold up zine I made and passed out around the office on my last day interning at DreamWorks in the summer of 2018.

WOULD YOU LIKE TEA WITH YOUR SUGAR?

“Would you like tea with you Sugar” is a comic I made about my ex who used to tease me for the amount of sugar I put in my tea.

PISS COMIC

Far from a good name for a comic, but that’s what the photoshop file name is for this comic on my hard drive. This is a comic that immortalizes the height of my embarrassment in 2013.

MY MOMMY TAMES MONSTERS

“My Mommy Tames Monsters” is a children’s book I made within Pat Cumming’s Children’s Book Illustration class. A dummy is available if you’re interested in seeing more.

VENT COMIC #1

What’s college without a little bit of drama. Here’s a vent comic ripped from the pages of my sketchbook about a guy I was briefly seeing. It’s written in Japanese but the comic reads from left to right and is riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. I’ve got a long ways to go before I’m fluent.

SONNET 18

This is a comic based on Shakespeare’s Sonnet 18 that I made in Floyd Hugh’s Graphic Novel and Sequential Art class. Originally made with ink and a dip pen, I digitized the comic and cleaned it up a bit.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a sticky note comic I made when I was an intern at the Simpson summer of 2017 documenting my genuine joy seeing my work schedule for the week. Not an exaggeration, I really did start singing the doxology in my head.
